Lilla Backa is two-house apartment block in new district “Framtidens Backaplan”, that will emerge between Brämaregården, Aröd and Brunnsbo districts of Gothenburg in next decade.
The block will consist of 420 flats, shopping and a parking area.
Swetch engineers delivered the design of the basement floors and one of the houses above, as well as the bottom floors shopping area, some secondary rooms, and the parking area. In total designed floor area is 23 000 sq m. Our engineers also helped to optimize the frame in terms of steel and concrete reinforcement consumption.
