Project description:

Retirement home Villa Tureberg with 60 apartments. The area of each apartment is 30 m². The main advantage of the building is its functionality, which is manifested both in the interior and exterior. The façade is created by combining modern solutions with Scandinavian classic design. The interior uses color schemes and details based on various studies, which are especially suitable and easy to perceive for people with diseases such as dementia. These elements help them navigate in space.

Swetch designed the building’s precast reinforced concrete structures.
