SWETCH has designed prefabricated reinforced concrete constructions of VISTA international business center in Malmo city, Sweden.

Vista’s 13-storey total area is 35 000 m2. Most floors have their own or shared terraces for work and relaxation purposes. In two underground levels of the office, more than 400 parking spaces and rechargeable bicycle stations are provided.
