Prefabricated reinforced concrete and steel construction design.

LIDL HQ is a 27,800 m2 office building and store that is owned by the Lidl chain of stores. The object is made up of 23,900 m2 of HCS, 350 m2 of solid slabs and 6,245 m2 of prefabricated reinforced concrete walls.

Inside the building, there is an atrium with several bridges in the middle, which are connected to a vertical ladder truss.

The entire building facade is a self-bearing concrete strut-and-tie system without load-bearing beams at the bottom.
