Prefabricated reinforced concrete and steel construction design.

LIDL HQ is a 27,800 m² office building and store that is owned by the Lidl chain of stores. The object is made up of 23,900 m² of HCS, 350 m² of solid slabs and 6,245 m² of prefabricated reinforced concrete walls.

Inside the building, there is an atrium with several bridges in the middle, which are connected to a vertical ladder truss.

The entire building facade is a self-bearing concrete strut-and-tie system without load-bearing beams at the bottom.
