Project description:

Swetch developed a prefabricated concrete and steel design for one of the residential buildings at quarter Sofiahusen in Stockholm, Sandbacken district on Södermalm.

A brand new building is located on a parking lot between existing buildings. The extensions are making room for more modern office premises on six floors and residences. All buildings have their own roof terraces and large solar cell installed on the roof.

In total, the Sofiahusen area is 14 500 square meters, of which 1 300 square meters are at street level and dedicated to shops and restaurants.
