Drivbänken is a six-story office block with cafes and restaurants, co-working spaces, stages, studios, showrooms & pop-up shops. This building has also a couple of publicly accessible verdant façade terraces – a local area public garden to be.
The office is in a well-known neighborhood – the Embassy of Sharing next to the Malmo City Hyllie’s Station, Sweden. The total area of the premises is 7820 square meters.
SWETCH has designed prefabricated reinforced concrete constructions for this property.
