Project description:
Multi-storey apartment building complex with 133 apartments, underground parking, spacious roof terraces and common areas. Small two-room apartments with an area of 35 square meters up to larger four-room apartments with an area of 122 square meters are available within the project framework.
Swetch designed the precast reinforced concrete and steel structures of the residential block.
