Project description:
Nova is an apartment and office building, the premises on the first floor of which are intended for commercial activity. The total project area is 13 000 square meters and 10 000 of them are dedicated to the office, service, and retail space. The building project is L-shaped and consists of two wings with eight and nine floors. Swetch designed prefabricated concrete structures for this building.
