Project description:

Prefabricated reinforced concrete and steel construction design.

The Grow Hotel is a nine storey hotel, spanning 7,000 m², with 170 rooms, restaurant premises, outdoor and green roof terrace. The building is designed so that the pulling forces do not form in the foundations. Modules are used for the bathrooms, but in order to meet storey height limits and to create huge holes as required by the modules, coverings are comprised of various levels of pre-stressed slabs and HCS.

One of the building’s façades is fully supported by consoles.
